Very high quality and fits perfectl.My printer at work kept saying "maintenance kit required", so, knowing it would probably be a couple hundred or more to have someone replace it for me, I looked this up and bought it. The kit is straight up OEM Ricoh, thank goodness. The step by step instructions were excellent, and made it very easy to replace each part that was included in the kit. It even included the plastic gloves you have to wear to replace the fuser rod! Honestly dummy proof, and it even had some spare rollers and tension whatnots because I only have one paper drawer and it can accommodate up to 4. Best part - the warning light went off and I'm back in business.Other then the price this is a good kit seems a little on the expensive side but easy to install one the girls in her office were able to install it with no problemKit is complete OEM. Bonu is it included extra rollers and paper guides.Works great and is a LOT cheaper than anywhere else.
