My office just got this machine. It faxes quickly, but only after it is warmed up. Warm up however is very slow, and if you try to fax anything while it is warming up, it gives you a "job impossible' message. In addition, the number keys are rather poorly designed. There is no sound when they are pressed, and the are spaced far apart enough to be difficult to use. The number keys are also slanted. Whoever designed it must have been trying to be 'cute'. Those are my only complaints about the machine for now.
