This fit the bill for getting a lot of pages in a thin notebook. It's 15lb paper, therefore thinner than your average 20lb copier paper. It is more sheer of course, but it is exactly what I was looking for. I ran it through my printer with no problems.I made the same mistake as other reviewers in thinking this was copy paper. Although it says it right in the head line, I didn't notice. Much thinner vs copy paper so basically we are using it for scrap paper. Wasn't worth returning.I've always loved typing and finally got a typewriter again. Something about using a typewriter is so much more meaningful than just typing things on a computer. You're in tune with the machine and you prepare your thoughts automatically in a different way when you are preparing to type something out on a typewriter.I needed some traditional thinner typing paper and this paper was the best option I was able to find. Great price for what you get. I'll be exclusively using this paper from now on.This thin paper is a great weight for printing and copying paper foundations for pieced quilting projects. The packaging needed cardboard to keep the pages flat during shipping, though. Mine was slightly warped. It mostly goes through my printer okay anyway, but one page got crunched so far. I have to put one sheet in and print it, then insert another and print it, because the thin pages stick together otherwise. Once I adjusted to how I needed to use it, it's fine; tears away easily after sewing, without pulling at stitches like standard copy paper.I’m not sure what I was expecting, but the weight of the paper kind of reminds me of the paper you find tucked in between a shirt in packaging. It’s like the light brown paper used for packaging but soft. Nonetheless it will get used, but not what I expected m.It's fine. A little thin, but I was happy to get printer paper without having to buy a whole ream.Warning: it is not typing paper. It is Mead multipurpose paper, which is decent enough. Upon using it in my typewriter I have no complaints other than the false advertising. Decent paper. And don't expect this to be like the old onionskin typing paper. It is thin, much thinner than standard white copy paper you would use in a printer. It's a dull white color, smooth (little to no tooth), and of a very slight translucent nature. Package says multipurpose, not specific to typing. I would be reluctant to run this through any copier. It may hold up fine to a typewriter, hoping as this is the reason for the purchase.Paper quality was OK.I did expect a slightly better quality for $13 though. Probably will not order again.
