Over the last three years, I've purchased a total of six of these units for the office I work in. They've all been setup on our network. I can't say they're super user friendly - I think they're geared towards office or commercial use. But they work like champs. True workhorse printers. I've had to replace the imaging unit on a few of them, but that's easy to do and it's also cheap. The only complaint I get from the people who use them every day is that they're a bit loud compared to other models. But the fact is, they perform. And as I said, I've purchased several of these over the course of a few years, and I've had zero problems with them. Great buy!
