I am currently printing a job for my home business. It's only 355 documents but I'm now on my third day of trying to print the job. So far I've been able to print 123 pages. Why is it taking so long? The printer constantly jams, and I mean CONSTANTLY!When you load the media tray full-the specs say it'll hold 250 sheets, it jams every single time it grabs a sheet of paper. I've tried fanning the paper, I've tried loosening the paper guides, tightening the paper guides, and setting the guides to the letter setting. Whenever it's full-it WILL jam. I started and restarted 6 times and I not one single page printed. Finally, I worked my way down to only 25 or so sheets and got one page to print, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th jammed. "Jam at 'A'" is the only message I get. Over and over and over again.I've had great luck with Panasonic in the past, but this has driven me over the edge. This lengthy delay is costing me money and I still have a long way to go. I will probably never buy another Panasonic appliance again.I emailed Panasonic and their reply was pretty much "Aww, that's too bad!"This printer is so bad, I've resorted to buying a new printer under a different manufacturer. I'm waiting for it to arrive. I hate this printer so much, I'm not even going to try to sell it. I can't do that to someone else. Once my new printer arrives-this one is going straight to the dumpster.Honestly, if I thought they would pay me, I would send a BILL to Panasonic and charge them for the lost man hours, the cost of paper (it ruins the paper when it jams), and the cost of losing business because of their shoddy product.
