I cannot review this printer. The first one you sent to me could not be switched on - returned to you. As a high speed laser printer was necessary for a major 800 page plus project, I ordered and paid another which too could not be switched on. Your people then expected me to return it at my expense.Despite many letters your so called customer helpers refused to so do stating that it not your policy to issue return labels as was done for the first purchase.The result - I purchased a Lexmark MS312dn from Staples and you have lost a customer - should you care check my record it will show what your company has lost, as I will not be buying anything more from you henceforth.Gerry Chester.
