My shipment was delayed and miss delivered because my suite number was OMITTED by seller or shipping department. My suite was listed on my order and verified by FedEx when I called to find out why my package was delayed. Although great price! Glad I finally received my order.Update:1) Missing part: the black inner spool to mount paper towel to GP dispenser.2) Cheaper quality and not absorbent.This is my 7th time purchasing this product and the first time I encountered these problems. I don't know why.
