very many artefacts shown on the prints. I am not sure if this is the purest for of PETG but I have tried 3 or 4 US made PETGs and they all are a bit terrible. The prints are structurally sound but they are so ugly. the seams are harshly visible and the layers. Seema that Americans are not good at making things anymore. KVP PETG, this one and Protopasta all have their own class of bad PETGs that just make bad looking prints. The prints functioned as expected but they just looked bad, just like hatchbox white PETG. And I mean only white PETG - did not try other colors. layers and seams harshly visible and feelableUp until recently I was using IC3D Red PETG exclusively, because I loved the consistency of the filament and the shade of red. However, they changed their dye lot for the red and didn't say anything about it here to warn buyers. IC3D's newly changed red is very dull and dark - it looks terrible if you want a bright red. It's more of an aged brick red now which I DID NOT want, and VERY DIFFERENT from what it was. I found that Overture red PETG is a bright fire-engine red, much closer to what IC3D red was (but even better). I'll be returning the unused IC3D and sticking with the Overture Red PETG now.Nothing to dislike...this filament is high quality and made in the USA. I have been using IC3D filaments for quite some time now ( PLA and PETG) and it just plain works.Buy a spool.......you won't go wrong.Update 11/14/20Still going strong with this IC3D filament! This is great filament as far as PETG. This is all I use and great stuff.Very brittle, quality does not reflect the price.
