It works fine but would be better if it was a bit heavier so you can tear paper towels with one hand.Problem is that the base is not heavy enough when you pull paper towel, with one hand. The thing falls down.It is damaged ,but I'll turn dent to the back and when papertowels are on it you won't see the dent on top.
