The 4100 series ink cartridges last along time especially when you have long runs on projects close to or over a thousand. Meaning each DVD disc print is consistent .Bought the cartridge last year, but never used it as I decided to outsource my printing. Needed a custom label so I decided to swap all the cartridges and print some. This particular cartridge -Cyan-will not work. I tried every way in the world of getting it to work, but no go. It keeps saying it's "Invalid". I thought it might be an issue with an old print head so I changed that out too and it still wouldn't work. I have spent 3 hours today trying to get it to work, but nothing. I finally took the cartridge out and examined it and this particular cartridge is made differently than the others. I'm not sure if Amazon is selling knock-offs, but this one sure was.
